Salary Range (DOE): Starting at $90,000 - $110,000/year Base + Commission (Open to 100% commission structure after 12 months)

Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Engineer, you will be the face of Mechanical Sales INC., responsible for driving new business in the HVAC industry. This role requires someone who is passionate about sales, knowledgeable in HVAC, and ready to hit the ground running. You will spend 75% of your time out in the field, meeting with engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to promote and sell our products. The remaining 25% will be spent in the office, strategizing with our team and preparing for your next sales win.
